Day trading (hereinafter collectively known as "Active Trading") can be extremely risky. Clients should be prepared to lose all of the funds that they use for this type of trading. They should not fund their trading activities with retirement savings, student loans, second mortgages, emergency funds, education funds, borrowed funds, or funds required for day-to-day living expenses.

Daytrading, Intraday or Active trading has large potential rewards, and it also has large potential risks involved. Trading may not be suitable for all users of this site or the information provided by this service. You the subscriber and not TSL assume the entire cost and risk of any trading you choose to undertake. Note that day trading is considered a high-risk speculative trading strategy. Only risk capital should be used and the rigid observation of a system for loss control is strongly recommended. Additionally, the use of margin may dramatically increase the risks associated with trading. Any investor or subscriber who uses these or any trading methods does so at their own risk and is fully aware of these special risks as well as other risks associated with trading and investing in securities. Past experience does not predict future results.

TSL Performance Results Since Inception:
Trade Model: The TSL net (net of commissions) performance results are representative of a live $100,000.00 cash account margined 2:1. TSL deploys approximately $13,333.00 (1/ 15th of total margined capital) into each/ every trade. TSL has accounted within the performance figures for execution fees of $0.01 per share for each trade. Subscriber results may vary dependent on, the amount and frequency of trades taken. Please note, in April 2007 TSL was introduced. During such time, TSL experienced a few minor technical problems relating to third-party quote data. TSL believes such technical problems have been corrected.
